I'm about to launch an bereavement website and want to target both Ireland and the UK and I've been given two options by my SEO consultants.
a) have two separate sites .ie (hosted in Ireland) and .co.uk (hosted in UK), however to correctly link build and market online this would mean two different campaigns.
b) host the .ie in UK but point the .co.uk to the .ie site. .ie will gain traction in Ireland because of the .ie and the UK will gain traction in the UK because of the hosting location.
Any suggestions to properly target both countries.
