1. don't use atwebpages.com to host your pages, it's painfully slow.
2. think of improving your title tags
4. I would hide your sales links, i.e. have something like www.irishsupplements.net/bars/product1/index.php
to redirect somewhere, rather than showing something like http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/protein-flapjacks/protein-flapjack/?inCode=5216-122

Having to drill down through the site (and pop-up windows) in order to just find out the price of supplements is very bad from a usability perspective. Also, how are you going to compete with the likes of, say, Fitness Ireland if your prices are the same, they're not charging for delivery and they're an indigenous Irish company?

TheMenace, I DONT plan on competing with Fitness Ireland -- my site is just a part-time thing/hobby so it's not as if Im relying on it for my FT income.
