how to make flash .swf playable with flv web player?

i want to insert a flv player in my blog homepage, but i don't get the .fla source file of the flash .swf animation which i want to play, so how can i convert swf to flv, anyone tried before?

i advise you use Moyea swf to flv converter which can convert swf to flv ,and it works very well for me
