I need backlinks for my Web Designing website Cliqued Media Ireland - Web Design Athlone - Dublin - Galway so that I can rank my local business, but the problem is that I am unable to find good sites from where I can get do-follow backlinks, any suggestion will be highly appreciatedd

Well your site being hosted in the US probably isn't helping too much.
There are a few Irish web directories that might give you "do follow", but it's something that's been frowned on for years, so I suspect it's a lot less common than years back
You'd be better off focussing on generating content that people want to link to and share

You need to put your business website in local citation within your target region and don't only rely on gaining backlinks but more on optimizing and updating your site pages for your target audience.
