Notification of new posts

In the vBulletin control panel is there a global setting to be notified of any and all new posts and threads for all forums.
I don't mean any new IWF posts but rather in the admin section of my own forum.

You have to set it on a per forum basis. Multiple users can be notified of new threads and / or new posts

Would the RSS feed do the trick ? It shows the last order of topics. Maybe there is one for the last replies too.
