How to submit a review to Google Business Centre?

Just wondering does anyone know if all businesses listed on the google local business centre can all receive a review? I'm trying to send a link out in a newsletter requesting reviews from customers but at a loss where to find the link(s)..

AFAIK Google aggregates this data, from other sources (e.g. Tripadvisor, Blogs, Websites) - typically with sites that use Google Maps (using the location to relate the review and the business).

About a month ago, for a period of 3 days, Google allowed reviews to be left on a company's "places page" (maps listing) directly for Irish businesses. I have no idea why they pulled it so quickly. We managed to get one in

Anyway, David is right, they aggregate this info from different sources. I'd imagine they'll reactivate direct reviews soon.
