If a blog theme has the following licence

Creative Commons — Attribution-Noncommercial 2.5 Generic

ie non commercial - does this mean sites using the design should be used on personal websites only ie businesses cant use the design?

or

you cannot charge someone for a site you do for them and use this theme as the design?

or

simply you cannot resell it

Erm all of the above

You could charge someone to install the theme for them potentially but indirectly you'd be making a profit from the use of the theme so erm ...

Thanks ... i have stayed away from designs with this license but i saw some on tumblr i think it was, i presume its good enough for them to state the licence that applies to the design and the user should not use it for commercial purposes - ie passing the buck, so its not their problem ? !
