Irish Blog Template Designers?

Have any of the Irish designers / developers done any work with blog design?

By "work" I mean doing a theme from scratch or close to it.

I've seen a few customisations ie. take a template and customise it a wee bit, but I have seen very few serious designs

I did the design on Daves World Adventure about two years ago.
I released it to the WP community about a year ago. Hundreds of people are using it.

It's nice when I come across a blog, especially in another language, that I designed

Those two designs are really nice.

I have only managed to change the CSS in templates.

Whip yourself up something nice in photoshop then chop it up and code it standard until your fingers bleed. Simple. Although mine was originally inspired by the kubrick theme.
