Recommended File replication solftware

Can anyone recommend software for real time file replication across multiple windows servers.. I want uploads to one web server to be copied to another. DFS looks to much of a pain, something simple and reliable.

Does anybody have any advise on file replication. there seems to be lots of software suppliers, but I would be interested in hearing other people's experiences.

I have multiple windows servers, will be adding load balancing/auto failover in the coming months.

We use a solution that lets us do "bare metal" restores of single servers, though it sounds like you want to do replication on Windows - not an area I'm expert in.. on Linux there's multiple ways to do that , so I assume there are comparable solutions on Windows
